1880 (?, MAR 21) cover from Jammu to Amritsar, franked on reverse by 1878-79 ¼a red on MEDIUM WOVE paper vertical pair (paying internal postage only), tied by native duplex (S&M types 25+26, attributed to Kashmir) and Sialkot British Indian transit cds, with framed "POSTAGE DUE/1 ANNA" and Amritsar delivery cds (MAR 22) alongside. Minor cover faults but a very rare franking. SG 117b has never been priced in Part I, and Sefi and Mortimer (p.159) had only seen two single examples (one unused, one used). SG 117b; Scott 91 var
