1889 cover from Srinagar to France with India 1a plum strip of 3 tied by "L" in circle of bars, and 1a greenish grey (SG 148) tied by Staal Type 30 cancel, all stamps also tied by pen lines.   On reverse, markings include Jammu and Kashmir 28mm CDS (not recorded by Staal), Bombay transit cds, 20mm SEA POST OFFICE/F and Tours arrival.
