1879 ½a red on thin wove paper, on India 4a6p postal stationery envelope from Jammu to London with Sialkot CDS of NO 11 87.  This may be an example of a Visitor's Rate franking, although whether this was applicable at Jammu is unclear.  In any event it is a rare and most unusual combination cover.  If it is a Visitor's Rate cover, then its use to a foreign destination is extremely rare.  SG 126; Scott 92
