Tombstone JAIPUR/DUE/AS and 'T' in circle, with NEW YORK, NY/HUD. TERM.STA AND DUE/4/CENTS duplex, and pair of US 2c Postage Dues tied by oval NEW BRUNSWICK datestamps  
  
Jaipur stamps were not valid outside the state.  The blue crayon circles were a UPU symbol to indicate that the stamp was not accepted as pre-payment of postage
