Officials.  1917 1a carmine perf 13½ used horizontal strip of three, imperforate between second and third stamps; appears imperforate between stamps one and two as well, but unpunched indentations are visible.  Crossed by blue crayon and horizontal crease, small tear at top of stamp three.  BPA Certificate (2016).  SG O41ca, £650; Scott O42 var.
