1939 1a rose Inscription Type H, perf 11, and 1939 2a bright apple-green Inscription Type I, on reverse of local handmade registered cover.  1a with perfs at top apparently doubled and the design with some slight shadow doubling.  Each stamp with 25mm DAK RAJ BUNDI/9 JUL/41 CDS,  with manuscript annotation (by the delivery postman) which reads "LENE SE INKAR HAI" (refused to accept) along with the postman's signature.  SG 75a, 78; Scott 17, 18 var.
