<p>1961 Sudanese Nubian Monuments Preservation Campaign 3p "King Ta'rhaqa", the finished artist's drawing, hand-painted in salmon and violet as issued and mounted on a piece of thick card, 75mm x 85mm with De la Rue label at foot, endorsed 'approved' in m/s, signed by (Sudanese P.M.G.?) and dated 28/9/1960, accompanied by an enlarged watercolour (160mm x 221mm) in the same design, this was sent by the Sudanese post office to De la Rue as a working model, both are unique archival items.</p>
