Sale number: S24003 The Raffles Collection Part II has a distinct emphasis on the KG VI era and is replete with multiples (especially Plate blocks), but all reigns are represented. The collector's main interest was in more complex areas such as KUT, Leeward Islands and Mauritius, with some notable rarities included. Following on from Part I, there is further coverage of the Far East, with missing colours on the Malaya 1965 Orchids, good Brunei and Sarawak and some excellent Singapore. It's an interesting sale, which should have something for most collectors, especially those with an interest in multiples.

1938-63 mint collection in red stockbook with a sparse KG VI showing, apart from 5d and 1/3d sheets and £1 lower four rows of sheet, unmounted, lightly toned, with some foxing almost exclusively on the selvedge. &nbsp;QE II more extensive with 1956 set in fine unmounted blocks of four; 1963 Independence and Postal Commemoration surcharges with many blocks with the listed errors, some duplicated, including the £1; ‘1895' error is represented by two Plate blocks, the *s error by two blocks, and a marginal pair with overprint misplaced to right, but all the £1s are toned. &nbsp;Well worth close inspection
