1924-37 Wattses of Manchester underprints. Very fine group of King George V & VII issues each with 'Wattses" underprints. Consisting of an unused o.g. block of four ½d Green (SG418) with underprint reading down in red-brown, ½d P.U.C. (SG434) underprint reading down in black, 1937 1½d Coronation of King George VI (SG461) with two underprints reading upwards in orange, offered with a 2½ QEII wilding believed to have a fake underprint. Unusual group, unlisted by SG (4).
