1912 Wattses of Manchester underprints. Very fine group of five King George V definitives each with 'Wattses" underprints in black (Type 2, 14mm wide reading down except 4d), vertical pair of 4d Grey green (Reading upwards, unlisted), 1d carmine (Die 1B, Wmk Crown, SG329, unlisted), ½d Green (SG351, unlisted), 1d Scarlet (SG357, PP252) and an additional 8d black/yellow with indistinct underprint (SG390).
