1869 2d Blue Pl.13-15 (SG46-47 thin white lines, Wmk. Large Crown, Perf 14). A fantastic used group from all three plates of this issue including a watermark inverted example from each plate, a block of four Pl.14 (PB-QC), a blue numeral on Pl.15 (PG) and a wonderful example of the Pl.13 milky blue shade on cover as recorded by Osbourne.
