1884 1½d, 2d & 2½d Colour trials for "Coloured paper scheme. Fine group of three examples consisting of a 1½d Purple on yellow, 2d purple on red and 2½ purple on pink, all unwatermarked paper. Each cancelled by crisp Controllers Office, L.P.S. Dept trial datestamps for JY.22.1884 from T. Jeffrey, Head London Postal Service. Very scarce, 1½ with perf faults at top right. SG188, 189 & 190.
