1870 ½d Die proof. Very fine example with void corner letters printed in black on India paper (75 x 58mm) before the engraving of the head was strengthened. Thinned at foot well clear of design nevertheless a very presentable example of this rare ½d proof. Spec. DP62b. Cat £12,000.
