1855 2d Blue Pl.5 (Die I, Alphabet II, Wmk. Large Crown, Perf 14). Used top left hand corner marginal re-joined strip of seven (consisting of strips of three and four examples) bearing plate number ‘5’ and large part sheet marginal inscription. Each cancelled by Ennis cds' for OC.1855. A few wrinkles, tones and reinforced perforations. Scarce and attractive positional piece. Spec. F6(1). SG34.
