1885-97 group of eight each showing spaced 'TE' of overprint, so that STATE measures 8½mm rather than the normal 7½mm, part to large part o.g.  1a plum, 2a dull blue, 3a brown-orange (no gum), 4a olive-green and 1r green and carmine; together with SERVICE 2a, 4a, and 8a (defect at top).  Each with pinhole at top right and displaying variable damge to letters.   SG 13/30, O9, 13, 17
