1885 (June) 4a green with Type 1 overprint (15mm spacing), long Hindi inscription.  marginal o.g. with the stamp unmounted.  The selvedge shows an albino impression of the overprint with the spacing measuring 16mm, as for values other than the 4a and 6a.  Foxed spots on the selvedge, with a faint toned patch on the reverse of the stamp.  An interesting stamp.  SG 8b var., £400+
