<p>1940 (18th Jul) large part wrapper, addressed to Sala, bearing 1939-46 2a bright-green in horizontal pair (straight edge at foot), tied by fine individual strikes of sub-office cds in violet for 18 JUL 1940, backstamped by arrival for 20 JUL 1940 and Postage Due mark in black. Stamps sadly torn in half through opening, still a very rare franking. SG 14.&nbsp;</p>
