1943 re-used Registered ‘On Dungarpur State Service Only.' printed cover, original franking (on reverse) bearing 1939-46 1a deep blue, Perf 10½ in block of six (Pos. 3-4/7-8/11&12) two stamps sadly defective, tied by state cds in violet for 5 March 1942, with large economy label applied with postage due marking and m/s annotation in red “6½ tolas and therefore short 3½ anna in stamps and as such 7 annas to be sent''. Second on face franking comprising 1a deep blue, Perf 10½ in vertical pair and two singles, tied by state cds in black for 12 May 1943. Typical faults to cover, otherwise fine, and interesting item. The Postage Due marking rare in red (normally in violet). SG 11b
