<p>1943 (Oct) local reused cover, bearing (on reverse) 1939-46 ¼a yellow-orange Perf 10½ (x3, as pair, and single) and ½a carmine-vermilion, Die I, Perf 11 in horizontal strip of four (straight edge at top and right), cancelled by pen strokes (possibly due to the temporary loss of the cancel) backstamped by arrival cds in violet, for 31 Oct 1943. Small puncture hole to top right ¼a stamp, nevertheless, a colourful and unusual item. SG 9c & 10a&nbsp;</p>
