<p>1943 (16th May) wrapper, bearing 1939-46 ½a carmine-vermilion Die I, Perf 11, and 1a deep blue Perf 12 in horizontal pair (straight edges foot and right), tied by strikes of state cds in black for 16 May 1943, with ‘Riyasat Dungarpur/ Bearing Postage Due marking in red (!), with m/s annotation ’'3 tolas…. 2a bearing'' below in red, and arrival cds in violet at top for 18 MAY. Faults/stains to wrapper and right 1a stamp defective, otherwise fine rare with the postage due marking usually found in purple. SG 10a & 11&nbsp;</p>
