<p>1941 (10 Jan) ‘On Dungarpur State Service Only.’ printed registered cover, with complete economy label in Devanagri, bearing (on reverse) 1939-46 ½a vermilion, Die I, Perf 12, as two singles and 1a deep blue, Perf 12 as two singles, tied by strikes of state cds in violet for 10th Jan 1941. With further strike of cds to left and Postage Due mark, with m/s ‘1’ in red, to denote the deficiency. Both 1a stamps defective (with tears) and other faults to cover, otherwise fine and very interesting. SG 10 & 11</p>
