<p>1947 (30th May) Ramchandr Laxman Bank printed cover, bearing (on reverse) 1939-46 ¼a yellow-orange, Perf 10½, as two singles, (potentially under franked as the standard rate was 1¼a), tied by strikes of previously unrecorded 32mm double ring cds (similar to Rover type.C4) but with date in English instead of Devanagri for 30th May 1947. Stamps also showing traces of blue h/s cancel (?) and Imperial Exchange Dungarpur arrival (?) mark for 29 5 1947. Tears at top and at foot, nevertheless attractive and very interesting. SG 9c&nbsp;</p>
