<p>1948 (15 Feb) Registered cover addressed to Aspur, bearing 1933-43 2a deep dull green, Perf 11 (pin hole), 1939-46 ½a vermilion (Die III) Perf 10 and 4a brown Perf 10, (paying the 2½a rate for letters weighing under 3½ tolas and the 4a registration fee) tied by strikes from state cds in black for 15 Feb 1948. With blue on white perforated registration label at top. The cover was returned to sender after the widow of the addressee refused to accept delivery, with m/s endorsements to that effect. A most attractive mixed issue, three colour franking. SG 7,10d,15b&nbsp;</p>
