1907 pre-printed envelope with San Francisco address bearing a pair of "1D" on 5/- green and salmon provisionals and a single ½d KEVII green, both tied by Georgetown cds (10 DE 1907), Kingston, Jamaica transit cds (19 DE 1907) on reverse.
