1942 Exceptional censor route, British Honduras airmail cover sent 11 AU 1942, addressed to Tampa, Florida. Censored in the Cayman Islands with octagonal crown "PASSED D/41" handstamp (CH4) applied, a US censor label applied on arrival. Cayman Islands return address, reduced at right. More research needed to explain the routeing of this intriguing cover
