1934 An interesting item mailed in Georgetown with a 1½ d KGV issue on reverse, addressed to Jamaica. It was found open or damaged and so resealed with an official label in Kingston, after it was marked as registered mail (blue pencil cross) and so attracted a "Mailed Out of Course" handstamp and fined 4d, ex Watkin, Edmondson
