1923-55 Balance of Postage Due collection with better noted, including: 1923 unpaid from "International Stamp Exhibition London" with a 3d KGV issue clipped by "T" circle handstamp and Georgetown cds (2 JY 1923 date incorrectly set). 1927 postcard from Manchester, England with 1d paid and a deficiency of ½d, 1d KGV issue applied to make up double the deficiency. 1951 underpaid cover from Belgium with 3d KGVI issue used as a postage due on arrival, etc. (17 items)
