1935 A complicated cover! Originally sent from the Bahamas (Arthurs Town 28 AP 1925) to Claremont, Jamaica (arrived 19 MY 1925). It was then readdressed to Government House, Cayman Islands. Afterwards it was turned inside out and addressed to The Bank of England, London and four ¼d and a single ½d KGV issues applied to pay the 1½ d rate. However, it was mailed at Bethel Town, Jamaica (18 JY 1925) and the Cayman Islands not accepted as valid postage so it was taxed at double the correct rate and a 3d GB postage due applied.
