1927 Registered unfranked cover from Bath posted in post box, thus inscribed "Posted Out of Course" in red ink and treated as registered mail as handstamps and registration label attest. Upon arrival a 3d and two 4½ d 1921 KGV issues applied as postage dues totalling 1s, all cancelled with Georgetown cds (11 DE 1927). An intriguing cover
