1910 Correctly rated cover with KEVII issues but mailed in Kingston Jamaica, thus "T" handstamp and 5d in blue pencil applied (taxed at twice the full rate, i.e. 5d or 10c). On arrival at Pittsburgh, a 10c US postage due was applied, light toning to the front, ex Watkin, Meredith
