1907 Unquestionably philatelic but visually arresting, a total of 96 ½d KEVII issues applied to the front and back of a large registered cover to Germany, the cover has been separated into two parts and slightly trimmed. The stamps are cancelled with a Georgetown cds (11 JY 1907) and the cover routed via Mobile, Alabama and New York. This cover clearly shows why surcharge provisionals were needed, ex Cooley, Podger
