1911 underpaid cover to Pittsburgh, USA, with 2½d KEVII cancelled with boxed East End Rural Post handstamp, manuscript "T 3d", T triangular mark, 30 Centimes handstamp and US "Collect Postage .06 cents". Deficiency paid by 1c and 5c US postage dues. Georgetown and Boddentown transit cancels on face, Kingston, Jamaica and Pittsburgh ones on reverse. A few edge flaws and bumps from the journey, ex Huber, Cooley.  A scarce combination cover
