1935 (Mar-Apr) 1c to $5, set of 15 stamp-size frame die proofs in black on glazed card, affixed to individual pieces from the De La Rue day book, dated between 18 March and 23 April and marked ‘100 + 6’, the $1, $2 and $5 exceptionally with the value tablets in the essay design with value before ‘$’; plus a further two pieces, the first affixed with four proofs (1c, 2c, 5c, 8c) dated between 12 and 16 July and marked ‘100’, the second affixed with the three dollar values showing the corrected value tablets ('$1', ‘$2’, ‘$5’) dated between 11 and 24 February 1936 and marked ‘100 + 6’. A wonderful and highly important group, unique in this form. (22 proofs)
