<p>Japanese Occupation. 1942 2c Straits block of four with the Okugawa Akira Revenue Seal in red, used on piece of registered envelope. &nbsp;Black CDS and light violet censor chop; the block partly obscured by impressed red wax seal reading KOTSUBU/ KEN-ETSU/ YUBIN KYOKO and censor. &nbsp;The reverse of the piece with a second seal, Oct. 1942 Penang CDS and a clear strike of the violet oval censor chop.
