1922-3 3d Head Die IIIB, perf 14, white paper.  Used on an envelope to Elizabethville with Lusakas CDS (Proud D2, showing dented rim at 2.30) of 25 AUG 22, Broken Hill transit and Elisabethville arrival on reverse.  Envelope a little roughly opened, punch-hole and glue stains at left; a scarce use, paying the 1oz rate.  SG 293
