1918-21 2d Head Die IIIB vertical top marginal pair with part imprint, on cover addressed to 'The Town Engineer' (none other than A.C. Thornton, of "Thornton's Stripes" fame), with Bulawayo CDS of 13 FEB 23.  Imperforate between stamp and upper margin; very rare.  The envelope with fold at left, well clear of anything of interest; backflap missing.  SG 256 var
