1917-20 2d Head Die IIIA, perf 14 used on 4d postal stationery registered envelope to New York, red C3 Censor cachet on front, with Solwezi CDSs of 11 DEC 18 and manuscript registration.  The stamp is from Plate 3R in the distinctive 'silvery grey', very rare on cover.  Lusakas transit and New York arrival on reverse.  SG 255b
