1918-21 4d Head Die IIIB, perf 14, toned paper. Top marginal block of four with imprint, o.g., hinged on the selvedge only.  Shows R1/6 'wing dots', a Plate 10 proving flaw, and characteristic 'fuzzy' portrait.  The frame plate number '6372' above the imprint has been only partially trimmed off by Waterlows, an unusual occurrence.  A very scarce and handsome block, ex Kirkpatrick.  SG 261, AH 12(A)
