Large part o.g. or unmounted o.g. block of four from the top right corner in (silvery) grey-black and lilac, from Plate 3 State 3, a very rare multiple, stated to be the only Plate 3 multiple known.  The top left stamp shows handpainting right of the cap.  Trivial foxing on the reverse.  Ex County and Steinberg.  SG 243 group, AH 5
