1913-7 6d Head Die II, perf 14, from Plate 4 State 1 (?).  A lovely used example in black and deep mauve with centrally-struck Bwanamkubwa CDS, showing 'snowstorms' variety, but not the roller die flaws on cap or collar.  A proving example for this printing, rare in used condition.  Ex Kirkpatrick.  SG 228, AH 12(A)
