Description
1938-54 10/- mint collection on stocksheets. Perf 13¼ hinged single from the first printing; the second printing with clear gum and in altered shade (which is quite rare) unmounted sheet number block, plain block with two hinged, and vignette Plate 3A unmounted single. Perf 14 from both printings four blocks of four, two blocks of six (one a Vignette Plate 3B block from the original printing) and a Vignette Plate 7B pair from the 1949 reprint; and two further blocks with apparent varieties on R1/9 and 9/3. All the perf 14s are unmounted. Perf 13¼ x 13¾ group of blocks (11) including Vignette Plate 4A blocks (2), 5B (2), 5A pair, also 7A block toned in an unusual shade; mostly unmounted with good shades. Fine lot. SG 149, a, b
