Officials. 1936-44 splendid mint collection (hundreds) in blue Warwick album, mainly Plate blocks. Generally the blocks are hinged on one or more stamps but some are unmounted; the condition is mostly very good, with some exceptions. Numerous highlights. Single watermark 1d Plate blocks A1 (block of ten with halo flaw and plate crack) and B1; 1½d 1A (foxed) and 1B; 1/- A1, two stamps unmounted. Multiple watermark Plate blocks include 1½d 1A and 1B; 2d perf 14 x 13½ including 1B, perf 12½ 2A (two unmounted), perf 14 2A and 2B; 2½d perf 13-14 x 13½ 1; 4d perf 14 bottom two rows 3-2B. perf 12½ bottom row 3-2B, perf 14 x 14½ two bottom rows 3-2B (two); 6d perf 13½ x 14 1 plate crack blocks, perf 12½ 2 top and bottom, perf 14 x 14½ 2; 8d perf 12½ 3 (two) and shift marking block;, perf 14 x 14½ 3 block of eight with R13-14/10; 9d green opt bottom marginal block with two grey bars three unmounted, one with small foxed spot; 1/- perf 14 x 13½ A1, perf 12½ A1; 2/- perf 13-14 x 13½ 1, two unmounted, perf 12½ fine paper 1 two unmounted, splitting, coarse paper 1 unmounted, perf 14 x 13½ 2 and 3 unmounted. Highly catalogued by SG which is, of course, much higher in CP with the Plate block premiums. Recommended
