<p>Postal Fiscals. 1947 (5 MY) registered airmail O.H.M.S. cover from Wellington to “The Official Secretary to the High Commissioner for N.Z., 415 Strand, London W.C.2”, bearing 1939 35/- on 35s in combination with 1940-58 3/6 on 3s6d (Type I), 5/6 on 5s6d, 11/- on 11s, and 22/- on 22s, each as a horizontal or vertical pair, tied by three strikes of “WELLINGTON C.I / N.Z” cds with “Director-General” registration label and “AIR MAIL” h/s at foot. Minor marks nevertheless a spectacular and rare cover. SG F186, F212, F214/16, cat £1580 (as used stamps).</p>
