Description
1945-8 mint collection (hundreds) in blue stockbook, mostly in multiples with the great majority unmounted. A splendid collection formed over many years with numerous Plate blocks, identified printings from multiple sources, striated papers; fine ranges of the interesting values, i.e. 2c with many Die Is and the better printings, 3c with chalky papers, 6c, 10c extensive range, 15c black opts on selvedge, 15c red opts on blue, $5 green and red on emerald paper four blocks with Plate number (one of eight), four further blocks and eighteen examples in singles and pairs of which eight are unmounted, and many blocks of the $5 purple and orange. The final page has three used $25 Revenues, and a pair and two singles of the $100. Requiring careful viewing to appreciate, SG 1-18
