Description
1938-52 mint collection (thousands) in three stockbooks, with the great majority unmounted. An enormous accumulation, almost certainly the largest offering in terms of quantity since the Kleinberg stock. Includes numerous panes, Plate and imprint blocks; put together with the intention of studying the printings and certainly providing enough material to carry out a thorough investigation. Sorted by value but not separated into perfs. For examples of quantities: 2/- x 134 including imprint blocks of thirty and twelve; 5/- in all its iterations x 238 including a complete pane; 10/- x 154 and £1 x 56.
