1935-6 Pictorial Single watermark mint collection (hundreds) in boxed blue Warwick album; singles and multiples (especially Plate blocks) with much unmounted. No 3d value representation. Plate blocks include two 1d perf 13½ x 14 Plate 2B blocks, perf and imperf left selvedge; 5d perf 13-14 x 13½ Plate 1, perf 13½ x 14 Plate 1 (two, one with minor foxed area); 6d Plate 1 with crack (two, one tiny); 1/- Plate A1; 2/- perf 13-14 x 13½ Plate 1 (two, one unmounted), perf 13½ x 14 Plate 1; 3/- perf 13½ x 14 Plate 1 (minor foxing on selvedge). Includes some flaws, and some good pieces with watermark letters including 4d and 5d perf 13-14 x 13½ complete marginal blocks of twenty; 9d block perf 14 x 14½ (bend) with one stamp no watermark and one with letter watermark, perf 14 x 15 (SG 630) upper right corner block with serial number (slightly toned on reverse and the lower pair creased). A very fine and valuable collection, condition a trifle varied but mostly good. SG 556/569a
