1941 1/- perf 15 x 14 interpanneau block of twenty with two By Authority imprints, o.g., showing just the top of Plate 7 at centre base. &nbsp;On a Hagner sheet, partially stuck to it, although it seems that a block of the six right stamps from the left pane plus the gutter (with the Plate number) could be removed. &nbsp;RPS Victoria Certificate (2010) explaining that it is ‘believed to be from Plate 7’, since the only other possibility is Plate 3 and this has a curved top to the numeral. &nbsp;The sole recorded example. &nbsp;SG 192, ASC 209zc, $10000
