1896-1902 values on pieces of telegraph forms.  Four pieces with multiple franking, and one with a strip of 12ct; also three further pieces with mixed use of telegraph and postage stamps, the postage stamps bisected along with the telegraphs, and a cover addressed to the 'Telegraph Master' at Colombo  
  
Two of the pieces with bisected postage stamps are dated in 1896, showing a clear need for the additional values which were issued the following year
