China is represented by classic Large Dragons, Dowagers, Red Revenues and Local Posts, while the People’s Republic section includes the Mei Lan-Fang miniature sheets, the 1967 Poems of Mao set and the 1980 Year of the Monkey stamp. 1921-41 set of 19 to $5, Script wmk, opt or perf (type D19 - $1 or D20 - 3c brown, 8c, $5) "SPECIMEN", fresh large part o.g. to o.g. (several unmounted). Odd minor blemishes (short perfs, 50c tiny thin speck) still very attractive with lovely colours, the 8c (couple short perfs) exceptionally from the lower right corner of a sheet.
