China is represented by classic Large Dragons, Dowagers, Red Revenues and Local Posts, while the People’s Republic section includes the Mei Lan-Fang miniature sheets, the 1967 Poems of Mao set and the 1980 Year of the Monkey stamp. 1915 (20 Jan) printed cover Persia to Bahrain bearing pair of 6ch adhesives tied Mohammerah cds and “OFFICIAL PAID/MOHAMMERAH/ 20 JAN 15” oval cachet in black, of which only four examples are recorded. Some aging, still a fine example.
